I love the fall! I love the crisp air, belted sweaters and Macintosh apples. I am officially obsessed with cinderella pumpkins, riding boots and pumpkin scented candles. And as the weather begins to cool down and the sweaters come out of storage, my fall romance grows stronger and stronger. Waking up yesterday morning and seeing the sun shine on the dew drenched grass, I knew it was time for our annual “pumpkin hunt.” That time of year my husband and I happily go to the farmers stand and spend way too much money on gourds, pumpkins and corn stalks. And as we walked around sorting through the bins of autumns harvest, inspiration began to hit. The textures and colors were strikingly beautiful and I began to design in my head. I knew as soon as I got to work Monday morning, I would begin to sketch out a few designs from the weekends images.. So, I thought it would be fun to post the images of the day and reveal my designs on Wednesday. Enjoy!

Great pictures!! Isn’t it crazy how we don’t really have four seasons in the TN? It’s usually either hot or cold. I can’t wait for your next post.
