Dear Natalie Portman,

I admit, I am a little late to the game, but I wasn’t so sure I could handle your movie.  But, when my sister-in-law, Gretchen, suggested we go see Black Swan, I thought “Lauren, put your big girl panties on and grow up… you will be fine.”  Well, thanks for nothing, Natalie Portman… while you’re movie was visually stunning and captivating it has left me completely unnerved.  And now I find myself, lying in bed at two in the morning with one eye on my husband, hoping he doesn’t sprout wings.
