When Punxsutawney Phil, emerged from his hole the other day and saw his shadow, dooming us for another six long weeks of winter… I had two thoughts.  One… punch that little rodent right in the face (don’t worry, PETA… I won’t actually do it) or Two… go on a Vitamin D vacation and get some sunshine.  I vote for the later… who’s with me!?
