Today is a very exciting day for me (and you)… It’s the first in a new weekly series we will be running over the course of the next few months, featuring the fabulous work spaces of some of the most wonderful stationery designers out there. We’ll be allowed a glimpse into their worlds… see what makes them tick during the day, the surroundings that inspire them and where the magic happens.
This weeks feature is on Heather van Breda, owner and designer of Real Card Studio, a letterpress design studio in Seattle. We’ve been carrying Heather’s line for years at my boutique and not only is she talented… she’s sweet too! I just love her bold design, bright colors and sumptuous papers… in fact, I love them so much, I enlisted her to print my own business cards. Always ready for a challenge, when I told Heather I wanted a two sided, die cut card… she didn’t skip a beat and couldn’t wait to tackle our project. The result… cards to die for! Thanks Heather!!!
Write more… Type less,
Lauren

Lauren, you’re a genius. I didn’t think you could make me look cool, and you did!
Thanks so much for featuring my space today. Your blog is absolutely beautiful, I am truly honored. Can’t wait to see your own private work space featured here– I bet its the stuff magazines would publish!
Oh man, I’m going to love this series!! Wonder who will be coming up in future weeks…. Brilliant Lauren !!
I also love this idea! And this workspace. Your business cards are great, too.
