I don’t know why… but there is something about the Holiday Season that gets me in the mood to organize. I don’t really understand this being that I’m the busiest at this time of year and I have no time for anything… yet somehow, I manage at the most inopportune time to decide to reorganize my pantry or clean out my desk. I think with all the chaos of running a retail store, shopping, wrapping and pretending to be Martha Stewart… I want to feel in control. I feel so much better when things are cleaned, straightened and put away (my husband may disagree at the state of my side of the closet)… and while the rest of the world is running around, there is nothing like taking a deep breath and using my label maker!!! OCD anyone???

Those bookends are great! And I also want that basket system. Dang.
Also, I just wanted to say that I know what you mean on the super-busy-but-wait-time-to-organize front. I stay up (usually) until midnight on Monday through Thursday, and then I’m usually asleep by 10 on Friday. Does that make any sense? Of course not.
